Apakah kalian pernah merasa uang kalian gampang banget habisnya? Rasanya seperti baru kemarin banget terima gaji. Tapi sekarang udah hilang aja entah kemana.

Kalo kalian pernah mengalami itu, itu wajar semua orang pernah ngalamin hal yang serupa. Nahh karena kita semua tau itu gak enak, hari ini kita akan membahas bagaimana caranya mengatur  keuangan agar merasa aman dan tentram. Kunci utamanya adalah harus paham apa itu piramida keuangan.

Piramida keuangan adalah salah satu prinsip dalam perencanaan keuangan untuk melihat hal apa saja yang diprioritaskan sampai yang bukan. Bentuknya yang seperti piramida, menandakan bahwa level terbawah harus segera diprioritaskan.

Piramida Keuangan Dasar: Financial Basic

Di tahap ini tahu wajib hukumnya untuk kalian punya pekerjaan dan penghasilan sendiri. Setelah itu kalian bisa  memperhatikan Cash flow, pengelolaan utang, dan memenuhi kebutuhan.

Berkaitan dengan cash flow kalian perlu memastikan bahwa pendapatan tidak melebihi pengeluaran. Utamakan dahulu kebutuhan seperti makan, minum, listrik, tempat tinggal, dll. Selanjutnya berkaitan dengan utang pastikan kalian mampu untuk manage utang tersebut dengan baik, Sangat disarankan kalau kalian bisa melunasi semua hutang yang dimiliki . Pada tahap ini usahakan lifestyle seminim mungkin dan tidak membebani keuangan.

Financial Safety

Di tahap ini kalian sudah harus mempunyai pendapatan yang melebihi pengeluaran. Karna pendapatan kalian sudah jauh lebih besar, ada beberapa hal yang perlu kamu prioritaskan contohnya: menabung rutin, dana darurat, dan asuransi. Hal-hal tersebut pastinya sangat penting. Semisal ada kejadian seperti PHK atau sakit keras kita tidak perlu khawatir lagi mengenai dananya.

Financial Growth

Di tahap ini kalian sudah mulai bisa berinvestasi sesuai dengan tujuan keuangan lo, contohnya: membeli property, dana pensiun, saham ,dll. Sebelum investasi kalian harus tahu dahulu apa sih tujuan investasi kalian, jangan berpikir dulu apa instrumennya. Instrumen investasi akan kamu sesuaikan dengan tujuan kalian. Setelah paham tujuan keuangan, kalian bisa memilih produk investasi yang sesuai dengan profil risiko kalian, baiknya paham dan mengerti produk investasi juga ya.

Piramida Keuangan Paling Atas: Financial Freedom

Pada tahap ini keuangan kalian sudah mapan. Tahap ini, kalian bebas melakukan apa aja tanpa harus khawatir tentang keuangan. Hal yang bisa kamu kerjakan pada tahap ini adalah mempersiapkan warisan atau menghibahkan sebagian asset kalian buat kebaikan. Dengan  melakukan itu bukan cuma kalian yang menikmati tetapi orang lain juga merasakan berkat hasil kerja keras kalian.
