Hal pertama yang bisa kamu ukur adalah dengan melihat tingkat likuiditas dana yang kamu miliki? Apa maksudnya?

Untuk dana darurat yang harus kamu miliki oleh seorang mahasiswa jumlah minimalnya adalah 2 – 3 kali pengeluaran setiap bulan.
2. Pengeluaran terhadap pendapatan
Hal selanjutnya yang menjadi tolok ukur kesehatan finansialmu adalah pengeluaran terhadap pendapatan. Poin ini bukan mencerminkan bagaimana pola penggunaan uang untuk kebutuhan dan gaya hidupmu.
Kamu bisa melakukan perhitungan dengan cara membandingkan antara total biaya pengeluaran bulananmu dengan total pendapatan bulanan. Pengeluaran bulanan yang kamu hitung seperti biaya kost, uang maka, dan lainnya) sedangkan pendapatan bulanan yang kamu masukkan ke dalam hitungan adalah uang jajan dari orang tua dan upah kerja sampingan (jika ada).
Apabila hasilnya menunjukkan pengeluaran yang lebih besar daripada pemasukan, tandanya keuanganmu sedang tidak sehat dan kamu perlu memperbaiki hal tersebut.
3. Utang konsumtif
Utang konsumtif merupakan pinjaman yang uangnya kamu gunakan untuk kebutuhan konsumtif, seperti tagihan kartu kredit, berbagai cicilan, dan lainnya.
Kamu bisa melakukan perhitungan terhadap poin ini dengan cara membandingkan utang yang kamu punya dengan pendapatan yang kamu miliki. Untuk mencapai standar keuangan yang sehat, perbandingan tersebut harus menghasilkan angka 0%. Atau mudahnya, apabila perbandingan yang kamu lakukan menunjukkan rasio yang kecil, maka kondisi keuanganmu berada pada level cukup sehat sampai dengan sehat.
4. Cicilan
Hal terakhir yang bisa kamu bandingkan untuk mengetahui kesehatan finansialmu adalah dengan cara menghitung perbandingan antara total cicilan per bulan dengan total pendapatan bulanan. Hasil angka 30% yang muncul dari perbandingan di atas merupakan standar toleransi. Keuanganmu akan sehat apabila hasil perbadingan berada di bawah 30%.
