Jadi konsisten di tahun ini penting banget menurut gw. Punya tujuan yg tinggi dan rencana yg matang pun ga akan cukup kalau ngga konsisten. Oya, konsisten itu ngga selalu soal berprogress. Kalau hari ini kita cuma bisa lari 2 km dari yang biasanya 5 km per harinya atau cuma bisa nabung 50 rb/hari dari yang biasanya 100 rb. It’s okay! Karena konsisten adalah soal gimana kita bisa terus menjaga agar “bola salju” itu terus berguling. Cara-cara yang gw sebutin di video ini mungkin ga mempan di beberapa orang, jadi penting banget untuk cari tau sendiri seperti apa pola kerja diri kita. Semangat!

Udah tahun baru, tapi banyak resolusi kemarin yg belum terjadi?
Nah, bisa jadi salah satu penyebabnya karena kita ngga konsisten. Padahal, banyak hal baru kelihatan hasilnya ketika kita ajek.
Yang pertama, jadilah realistis agar jadi konsisten.
Menetapkan tujuan yang terlalu tinggi cenderung memberikan gambaran pada otak kita bahwa hal tersebut seolah2 ngga akan ke-handle/tergapai. Akibatnya kita jadi stress dan malas duluan.
Contohnya, daripada berpikir saya harus menurunkan berat badan 6 kg sebulan, menurunkan berat badan 0,2 kg sehari akan lebih mudah diterima otak dan mudah dijangkau.
Kedua, jangan terobsesi pada tujuan tapi pada proses sehingga bisa konsisten.
Hal ini penting karena bila hasilnya ngga sesuai harapan, kita mudah kecewa dan kehilangan motivasi lalu berhenti melakukan hal tersebut.
Lebih baik fokus membangun system bagaimana hal tersebut bisa terus dipertahankan dan dijalankan sehingga output akan dengan sendirinya mengikuti.
Yang ketiga, perkecil distraksi
Dalam hal ini, kita perlu antisipasi gangguan yg mungkin akan menghambat hal yang akan kita lakukan sehingga kekonsistenan akan lebih mudah terjaga.
