Ketika kita tidak melaporkan harta. DJP tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama dapat menemukan harta tersebut dan wajib pajak harus membuktikan darimana asal dari harta tersebut. Selain harus melaporkan pada bagian harta, wajib pajak juga perlu melaporkan laba perolehan dari aktivitas transaksi Crypto selama tahun pajak berlangsung.

Mengingat pemerintah masih belum mengeluarkan ketentuan khusus mengenai perlakuan pajak atas Crypto. Maka laba yang di terima wajib pajak orang pribadi terkena PPh dengan tarif progresif sesuai dengan Pasal 17 UU PPh. Yuk, kita membahas sedikit terkait Pajak Progresif supaya kalian tidak bingung!

Pemerintah telah melakukan perubahan atas ketentuan perpajakan melalui Rancangan Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Pajak (RUU HPP) yang telah di setujui pada Sidang Paripurna DPR pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2021 (menggantikan PPh 21).

Akibat perubahan kedua, sebelum adanya UU HPP seorang karyawan dengan Penghasilan Kena Pajak sebesar Rp.60 Juta setahun terkena dua lapis tarif pajak yaitu 5% dan 15%. Maka setelah adanya UU HPP seorang karyawan dengan Penghasilan Kena Pajak sebesar Rp.60 Juta setahun hanya terkena satu lapis tarif pajak yaitu 5%. Sehingga pajak yang harus kita bayarkan menjadi lebih rendah. Sebagian orang yang memiliki penghasilan menengah kebawah dengan kebijakan baru yang seperti ini jelas lebih memberikan keuntungan. Sebab pajak yang akan kita bayarkan menjadi lebih sedikit.
