Apakah kalian sudah tahu cara melaporkan investasi di SPT Tahunan? Kita harus melaporkan investasi yang kita miliki di SPT Tahunan. Karena investasi termasuk ke dalam harta yang kita miliki.

Ketika kita memiliki jam tangan seperti Rolex, aset tersebut tidak terdeteksi oleh tim pajak. Lain halnya dengan investasi yang sudah terpantau oleh pihak OJK dan BAPPEBTI. Pemerintah memiliki akses untuk mengetahui berapa nominal yang kita investasikan. Jika ada aset yang tidak kita laporkan sudah pasti mendapatkan surat konfirmasi mengenai aset yang kita miliki. Tim Pajak berusaha melihat kebenaran antara aset yang kita miliki dengan pendapatan yang di peroleh hingga saat ini. Maka dari itu, kita perlu melakukan konfirmasi dan transparansi.

Cara Mengisi Data Inventasi

  • Pada formulir SPT Tahunan 1770 di lampiran IV bagian A dapat mengisi harta yang kita miliki, seperti: kode harta, nama harta, tahun perolehan, harga perolehan (harga saat kita memperoleh harta), dan keterangan. Jika ingin menambahkan daftar harta klik tombol +
  • Sedangkan di formulir 1770 S dan SS bagian dari isi harta yang kita miliki, seperti: kode harta, nama harta, tahun perolehan, dan keterangan. Klik tombol + untuk menambahkan daftar harta yang lain.
  • Jika saham tidak ingin kita jual dalam waktu cepat kode harta yang di pilih adalah 032 – Saham. Namun jika sebaliknya, pilih kode harta 031 – Saham yang kita beli untuk di jual kembali.
  • Penulisan nama harta untuk kode 031 “Kumpulan Saham Untuk Jangka Pendek” dan untuk kode 032 “Kumpulan Saham Untuk Jangka Panjang”.
  • Apabila kita memiliki data client statement dari perusahaan sekuritas, maka dapat memasukkan total Stock Value sebagai harta perolehan.
