Framework Membangun Hubungan Baik demgam Radical Candor
Framework pada gambar 2 memenuhi 3 tanggung jawab utama sebagai bos yaitu membuat budaya feedback (memuji dan mengkritik), membangun tim yang kohesif, dan mencapai hasil yang kita banggakan. Untuk menjelaskan framework di atas, kita ambil contoh ketika resleting celana karyawan kita yang terbuka.
- Obnoxious Aggregation: Sambil teriak “Lihat resleting celana dia terbuka”.
- Ruinous Empathy: Diam karena khawatir tentang perasaan karyawan yang bisa mempermalukan kita.
- Manipulative Empathy: Diam karena khawatir tentang perasaan sendiri, kita ingin karyawan kita masih menyukai kita.
- Radical Candor: Sambil berbisik “Resleting celanamu terbuka”.
