Dalam pidatonya, Presiden Jokowi menyampaikan terdapat 93 proyek kerja sama senilai US$38,2 Miliar (±Rp586 Triliun). Kemudian juga 73 proyek potensial senilai US$17,8 Miliar (±Rp273 Triliun).
Kerja sama berfokus pada sektor seperti renewable energy dan infrastruktur serta melibatkan banyak perusahaan BUMN. Di antaranya Pertamina, PLN, Bank Mandiri, BNI, MIND, Telkom, hingga perbankan internasional Standar Chartered dan perusahaan teknologi asal Jerman, Siemens.

Di hadiri 185 investor dari dalam dan luar negeri, Indonesia juga terus mengupayakan kerja sama proyek dari negara lainnya dengan nilai US$ 810 Juta (±Rp12,4 Triliun)

Dalam ASEAN Investment Forum Day, Deputi Bidang Pendanaan dan Investasi Otorita IKN, Agung Wicaksono, menyatakan total investasi swasta ke sektor hiburan IKN mencapai Rp20 Triliun. Tak hanya itu, 270 minat investasi juga di terimanya dari dalam maupun luar Indonesia, termasuk Malaysia dan Singapura.
Diketahui, kebutuhan pendanaan IKN menelan Rp466 Triliun yang di bagi menjadi 3 indikasi, yaitu APBN sebesar Rp90,4 T, badan usaha/swasta Rp123,2 T, dan KPBU Rp252,5 T.
